It is always better to arrive to your destination with a previously reserved accomodation. It will make the adaptation process easier and you will have less worries and problems once you are in the city!

However ​if you do not have accommodation when you arrive then it's a good idea to stay in a hostel for two or three days while you visit potential flats, but don't wait around for too long otherwise there won't be any rooms left!

DISADVANTAGES: no catering and laundry services, no cleaning service (but normally it can be contracted as extra), no extra facilities like pool, gym, cinema, library, gardens, parking.

HOW TO FIND: We strongly recommend to use services of your local YEAH! hosting organization and their partner housing companies - you will have guarantees of the best service. There will be always a renting contract with all conditions, clear price policy and the accommodation you are choosing will does exist. Depending on the provider conditions there may exit agency fees - but it worth affording this expense in order to get the correct and trustful service before you are coming, during your stay and after your leave.

As well you can go for looking for the room in multiple social media groups and pages - it is more risky although the rental condition could look cheaper or there could be no any agency fees. But in this case we don't recommend to pay nothing in advance - you could be scammed and on your arrival the real estate could be non-existent.

If you are coming to the city not for a long period and you want to immerse yourself in a local life style you can always go for co-living with a family:

DISADVANTAGES: a family puts rules, mostly for sure there is no option to bring a friend for stay over.
